Delicatamente profumato, con sentori di erba estiva e burro morbido, il nostro pecorino fresco \u00e8 dolce, arioso e meravigliosamente morbido da mordere. Stagionato non meno di 20 giorni, vanta una consistenza morbida ma solida e una crosta sottile, liscia e ingiallita. Il colore giallo crema caldo ha un netto aspetto spugnoso, con occhiature irregolari non dissimili dall’asiago distribuite su tutto il corpo principale.<\/p>\n
