Tuscan Grilled Fiorentina Steak.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Casa Ceccatelli T-bone Fiorentina steak.
  • 1 bunch fresh rosemary & sage.
  • 2 tbsp Casa Ceccatelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  • Casa Ceccatelli Organic Sale Aromatico (or Kosher salt) & freshly ground black pepper (to taste).
Preparation:
  • Preheat a grill pan on medium-high heat or fire up a grill with a wood fire.

  • Pat the steak dry, and season both sides generously with Organic Sale Aromatico and fresh-ground black pepper.

  • Tie the rosemary and sage bunches together with butcher’s twine to create an herb brush. Dip in Organic Olive Oil and generously brush onto the steak. 

  • Place the steak on the grill, cook for five minutes on each side and then 15 minutes “standing up”.

  • Let the meat rest for three minutes once it’s finished cooking to ensure that the meat will release all of its juices and flavors, making it even tastier! The steak is traditionally served rare on the inside.

  • Taste and season with salt as desired.
