Ground thin and then seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic, our Salamini di Cinghiale is best enjoyed after a light maturation of 3-5 weeks.

If you’ve never tried Salamini di Cinghiale, we recommend pairing it with Pecorino cheese, a light honey drizzle, and a thick, rich balsamic. Enjoy it alongside our Organic Chianti DOCG red wine.
