Shipping Policy

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Piazza Matteotti, 45 – Greve in Chianti. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one to three business days depending on the items. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8.30 am – 1.30 pm on Monday–Saturday. We are CLOSED on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Local delivery

We offer local in-store pick-up, plus free contactless delivery within Florence for all orders over 100 euro. For orders under 100 euro, we offer a 15 euro flat rate delivery fee. All deliveries are made to your at-home address in our refrigerated vans, to guarantee our exact in-store standards.

Deliveries are made from 2pm-6pm from Monday-Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Italy & EU Shipping

Our meat is shipped fresh, never frozen, in vacuum-sealed packages. Your order with perishable items will be hand-packed in a Styrofoam cooler with frozen ice packs. (We do not use dry ice.) The cooler is then put into a corrugated shipping box. Our products are packed to withstand up to 48 hours of unrefrigerated shipping.

Italy & EU Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimate time of Delivery. 5-7 business days example. Private courier: door-to-door service,  delivered safely to your door.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 1 day (Italy & Europe) and 3 days (International) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@casaceccatelli.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refund Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you receive a product that’s not up to the quality you expect simply let us know and we will either refund the purchase price of that product or replace it with the same product.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item as well as, a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution in order to evaluate the issue and make it right.

We accept returns up to 1 day after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
